Three students, three hobbies
Welcome to our school clubs page! Here are three short profiles of students sharing what they like doing in their free time.
Alice: "My favorite hobby is swimming in the pool. I love feeling the water and staying active, but I really hate running in the park because it tires me out quickly!"
Diego: "In my free time, I love playing chess with my friends. It is a great game for thinking. I also enjoy drawing cartoons in my notebook when I want to relax."
Lara: "I love outdoor activities! I really like skating down the street on sunny afternoons. However, I don't like team sports like basketball or soccer because I prefer doing things by myself."

Crossed Perspectives: Team Sports or Individual Sports?
I love playing basketball with my local club. We win together and we lose together, so I never feel alone. My teammates always help me when I make a mistake. Sometimes it is hard to agree on a strategy, but that is normal. For me, sharing the fun with friends is the best part of sports.
I like running, but I also play soccer on weekends. Running helps me relax because I go at my own speed. Soccer is different because it is very social and exciting. However, if you miss a game, you let your team down. I really cannot choose because both types of sports give me different things.
I prefer swimming because my results depend only on me. In a team, some people do not try hard, and that makes me angry. When I swim, I can practice whenever I have free time. It is true that I do not make many friends at the pool. Still, I like setting my own goals without any pressure.
