One-time Credit Packages
The three available reloads, the 30-day validity, how to buy, and in what order these credits are consumed.

Reload is for those who use Nivo occasionally, or for the month when demand exceeds your plan. Single purchase, no subscription, no auto-renewal.

How to buy
- Open My Credits and click Reload Now (or use Buy Credits Now in the insufficient balance window).
- Choose the package.
- Pay at Stripe checkout, with credit or debit card.
- Credits appear in your balance as soon as payment is confirmed.
You can buy as many reloads as you want: the credits add up and each batch keeps its own expiry date.
The 30-day validity
Each batch is valid for 30 days from purchase. After that, anything unused from that batch expires — it's not refunded or converted to money. In My Credits you see the next expiry date.
To make up for it, the consumption order works in your favor: reload credits are spent before subscription ones, and the batch that expires soonest is spent first.
Tip: buy the reload when you already know what you'll generate. Buying "just in case" is the only way to lose credits to expiry.
Tip: you have a subscription and the reload is just for a busy period? No problem: the reload is consumed first and your plan balance stays intact.
