Plans and Subscription
Monthly plans, how many credits each gives, how to switch plans, how to cancel, and what happens to credits after cancellation.
Updated on
Subscription is monthly and is good for those who create material every week: it's much cheaper per credit than buying one-time packages.
The plans
| Plan | Price | Credits per month |
|---|---|---|
| Free Plan | R$ 0 | 500, one time only (doesn't renew) |
| Educator | R$ 29.90/month | 5,000 |
| Educator Pro | R$ 49.90/month | 10,000 |
The amounts above are current as of this date. The plans page is always the updated source.
All plans give access to all tools — what changes is the amount of credits.
Subscribe
- In the menu, open My Credits and go to Choose Your Plan (or open the plans page directly).
- Choose the plan and proceed to payment.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. The only method accepted today is credit or debit card — no Pix or bank transfers.
- Credits enter your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
Nivo doesn't receive or store your card number: that data is entered directly on Stripe.
Change plans
On your subscription page, choose the other plan. If you already have an active subscription, Nivo takes you to the Stripe portal to confirm the change — that's where the proportional amount is calculated.
Cancel
Cancellation is done in the dashboard, with no penalty, and takes effect at the end of the already-paid period:
- nothing extra is charged;
- the subscription stays active until the end date of the current cycle;
- after that date, it stops renewing and you stop receiving monthly credits;
- credits already in your balance stay there, respecting the validity of each type.
Changed your mind before the date? The dashboard lets you undo the cancellation and the subscription goes back to renewing normally.
Renewal and payment failure
Billing repeats on the same date each month. Renewal resets the monthly plan balance — subscription credits don't carry over from one month to the next.
If payment fails, the subscription may enter a grace period; if the failure persists, it's ended, and you get a notice by email.
Receipt and invoice
Each time you're charged, Stripe provides a receipt and invoice, accessible in your billing history inside Nivo and in the Stripe portal.
Note: electronic invoice is not yet available. If you need an invoice for institutional reimbursement, check this before signing up.
