What is it for
Reading comprehension with auto-correction. You paste the text — a news article, a book excerpt, text you generated right here in Nivo — and get questions with four options, already with the correct answer marked.
It's the most-used tool on the platform because it solves the tedious part (inventing three plausible wrong answers) and delivers the grade without you opening anything.
How to use
- Add the tool to your exercise.
- Paste the content in the Text field (up to 1,000 characters — the counter shows how much is left).
- Choose the Level from A1 to C2. This changes the question stem and options, not just vocabulary.
- Choose the Number of Questions: 3, 5, 7, or 10.
- Click Abracadabra ✨.
The student sees the text and the questions; the answer key stays on your side.
Try it
Answer as a student would. When you submit, you see each question's accuracy and the total — exactly as in the builder preview.

What changed after Sofia moved in?
Answer and submit: the marking happens right here, with no credits spent.
This is what the teacher filled in to generate the exercise above.

Tips
Tip: if your text is bigger than 1,000 characters, cut at the densest paragraph instead of summarizing. Questions made from a summary end up generic.
Tip: ask for fewer questions than you think. Five good questions spark more class discussion than ten answered automatically.
Tip: didn't like an option? Use Edit Result in the block menu and rewrite it by hand. It's free and faster than regenerating.
Note: check the answer key before releasing. In nuanced texts, the AI sometimes marks as correct an option that could also be defended.
Cost in credits
10 credits per generation, whether for 3 or 10 questions. Edit Result costs nothing; Regenerate charges 10 again.
