Your Showcase: Your Teacher Public Page

How to set up, customize, and publish your teacher website on Nivo — your own address, seven themes, and draft separate from what's live.

Your showcase is your own page, with its own address, to show what you teach and get new students. It lives outside the dashboard: anyone can open it, with no account needed.

Step by step

  1. In the sidebar, click My Showcase.
  2. Choose your address (the final part of the URL). Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, up to 60 characters. Nivo checks right away if it's available.
  3. Choose a theme. There are seven: Minimalist, Modern Pop, Executive Corporate, Human Atelier, French Tricolor, Retro Quest 8-Bit, and Comic Power.
  4. Fill in the sections that make sense: Identity, Links, Hero Section, About Section, Focus Areas (up to 6), Plans and Pricing, Testimonials, Contact, and Footer.
  5. Click Publish.

Draft and published are different things

That's the most confusing part: the editor saves automatically, but in the draft. The public page shows only the last content you published.

  • While you edit, nothing changes live.
  • Publish copies the draft to the public page.
  • Discard throws the draft away and goes back to what's published.

If you never published, the public address doesn't exist yet.

To take it offline

Uncheck the publication option in the editor. The page goes back to not being found and anyone who tries to open it is taken to Nivo's home page.

What you can measure

Your showcase records visits and clicks on main buttons — WhatsApp, social media, calls to action, contact, email, and phone. It helps you know which theme and which text brings more conversations.

Tip: want to see how each theme looks before choosing? The demo pages for each theme are open on the site, with placeholder content. Switch themes in the editor as many times as you want: the content you wrote doesn't get lost.

Note: some addresses are reserved by the system (like admin, teacher, student, public). If your chosen one falls on that list, the editor warns you that it's not available.
